Synopsis: RTown Gallery announces a call for entry for our first ever -- New Beginnings Group Show.

Step into the new year with fresh perspective. New Beginnings invites artists of all backgrounds, styles, and subject matters to explore the energy of renewal—whether through bold experimentation, quiet transformation, or entirely new directions in your creative practice. This exhibition celebrates the moment when something shifts: the first spark of an idea, the courage to start again, or the simple act of seeing the world differently.

We welcome work that reflects growth, reinvention, hope, change, or the beauty of starting fresh. All mediums are encouraged. Join us as we open the year with an exhibition that honors possibility and the art of beginning again.

The exhibition will be on view at RTown Gallery from January 17 - February 28, 2025.

I am submitting original artwork created solely by me. I understand that submitting my work does not guarantee acceptance into the show and that my application fee is non-refundable. If my work is not selected, I acknowledge that this decision does not diminish my creative talent, and I trust that another opportunity aligned with my artistic path will come.

Eligibility: Open to 2-D and 3-D mediums. Artwork must be no more than 48 inches in any direction, including the framing or mounting. The size given for works should be the framed size. 2D accepted work must be suitably framed or on gallery wrapped canvas and must be wired and ready for installation.

Any artwork that fails to meet requirements upon drop off will not be included in the show.

Juror Information: Closed Jury

Fees: $35 per submission. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance and is non-refundable.

*All sales made through the show will be a traditional 50/50 split between Gallery and Artist.

Artwork Drop Off: January 9th - January 13th
Artist Reception: Saturday, January 17th, 2026, 7-9 PM
Exhibition Dates: January 17 – February 27, 2025
Artwork Pick-Up: Saturday,February 28th, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
