Eligibility: Open to 2-D and 3-D mediums. Artwork must be no more than 14 inches in any direction, including the framing or mounting. The size given for works should be the framed size. 2D accepted work must be suitably framed or on gallery wrapped canvas and must be wired and ready for installation. 

 

Any artwork that fails to meet requirements upon drop off will not be included in the show.

Fees: $15 per submission

*All sales made through the show will be a traditional 50/50 split between Gallery and Artist.​ The gallery team will help assist Junior Artists on how to price a work of art. Artwork entered is not required to be for sale.

• Submission Deadline: July, 27th 2025 @ 11:59 PM

• Notification of Acceptance: August 3rd, 2025

• Artwork Drop Off: June 28th - August 8th, 2025

• Artist Reception: Sunday, August 10th, 2025, 2-4 PM

• Exhibition Dates: August 10 – 31, 2025

• Artwork Pick-Up: Sunday, August 31, 2025, 10:00 - 6:00 PM

Requirements: Please submit images with the following specifications:

• 72 ppi

• 800 pixels on the longest side

• No borders around the image

• JPEG file format

 

Label your image files with a corresponding entry number, your last name, and the title of the artwork—if it is a long title, you may use a keyword or abbreviation (i.e. 01Baker_Homeplace.jpg).

 

Please include the following with your entry: Title, Medium, Scale (h x w inches), Date, Price.​

Applications that fail to meet entry requirements will not be considered.​​​​
